I don’t know what my problem is but I just keep eating LOL!
Not like the “eat to live” eat either… more like “live to eat” 
In my heart I want to lose weight, but I keep eating anyway. I know some people bring on the drugs like Leptovox but I feel like I should be able to conjure up the discipline to do this without help… mind you… if history is an indication, apparently I need some help
