I didn’t lose weight this week :(
I know weight loss isn’t an easy thing and I can’t be too hard on myself but darnit! I really want to lose 2 pounds each week and I really didn’t try too hard this week
. So, back in the saddle as they say. Starting tomorrow I need to go back to watching how many Weight Watcher’s points I eat; exercise as much as I can and keep my eyes on the prize. The prize being… wearing a size 4 again
I can do it!!
