Keeping away from the fattening foods

Okay I know that foods aren’t fattening, it’s the overeating of foods BUT…
In my opinion there are some foods that are particularly… let’s say “challenging” for me because I like them so much and even a little bit is too many calories for now - as I’m trying to lose 20 pounds.

So, what are my worst rear spoilers so to speak? LOL :D

- double cheeseburgers from McDonalds
- Doritos
- McDonalds breakfast burritos and bacon and egg bagles
- Tim Horton’s BELTs
- potoatos in pretty much any shape or form LOL
- cheese

…gosh, I’m realizing I could go on and on :shock:

What items are on your list?
