Do you track your expenses?

Since I’ve gotten a job we’ve decided to do our budgeting a little differently. Well, a lot differently actually – we’re actually keeping track of our expenses – imagine! We’ll be divvying it up by percentage of what he makes to what I make which is the fairest way I can think of for now so I agreed to it.

I think our next step should be to get some kind of budget software to really track things for the long haul. I hate not knowing what he’s spending VS what I’m spending so that what I’ll owe him at the end of the month is a mystery. I just wish I knew of better options.
