We have our own businesses (and we also have friends with their own businesses) and it’s funny but one of the biggest complaints and challenges is not just in finding a way to make money – it’s in finding and keeping good staff.
There is nothing like doing performance reviews for staff who are fantastic; but man, reviews for staff who are horrible can be very frustrating – especially if they have been told several times to change.
Staffing is really a huge reason to not want to run a business in my opinion – or to at least hire a person to handle it for you LOL!!
