Well, I started with my personal trainer on Monday and I have to say it’s gone really well! I get to warm up on a treadclimber – which is like a treadmill and stairclimber mixed together – very fun! I have to add though, that my treadmill faces the ellipticals so it’s odd that, as I’m sweating, they are looking at me LOL!!
Nevertheless, I warm up for 5 minutes and then off we go to lift weights and I LOVE it sooo much. I work a lot harder with her pushing me
