I Banks Won’t Lend Someone Money Why Would Anyone Else?
I guess this is one of those “hmmmm” posts but here goes anyway 
.
Why is it that on pages like Kijiji has for example, they have ads that say “can’t get a mortgage? phone us for our no money down option” . How on earth can mortgage lenders offer huge chunks of cash to people who can’t convince a bank to loan them money?? I just dont’ get it. Even if they charge huge amounts of interest don’t they lose out in the end because of people who actually can’t make their payments??? I don’t get it. Hmmmm…

For someone like me one of those mortgage lenders may be good for me as with our income the biggest mortgage loan we could get from a bank is 90,000 while it will cost about 120,000 to buy a decent 3 bedroom house. The average rent in my area is $800 while a $120,000 mortgage could be less than $700 per month.
