It seems that even the simplest things that I want to change around the house have hidden costs. Like painting a room. It seems like I’ll just need some paint – and maybe a brush. But, oh no, I’ll also need a drop sheet or two, a roller, a roller tray, some tape and an edger-tool to do a good job

Then Hubby decided he’d like to put a flat screen TV downstairs but then we realized that we’d need an lcd mount and the time of an electrician to put a hook up behind the TV. Sheesh! All I hear is a cash register – cha ching, cha ching!
