I know it’s the age-old question that everyone who wants to lose weight should ask… but seriously… I know I need to eat less and exercise more so I can lose the weight I want to so WHY do I sabbotage myself?????
Aside from tying a personal trainer to my hip with a gold chain so he/she can force me to do these things, I just don’t know what to do
