Who Will Pay For Your Children’s Education?

Have you considered this? I often wonder how many parents don’t even think about this. One of the things I want for my children is for them to have a post secondary school education. First off, I want them to have the education they need to get the job/occupation that they desire. Secondly, I want them to have the dorm room, University socializing experience that I was able to have. I made great friends and even better memories there. The only question is, who will pay for it all? Which of course leads me to ask you the ever-important question of “who will pay for your child’s education?”

Will it be you? Are you saving up into an account that earns interest and has the sole purpose of paying for their education (ie. an RESP in Canada).

Will it be a wealthy relative; perhaps an inheritence in is your future?

Or will your child be responsible for figuring it out via a co-op program or a lending institution like Tuition Wise or your personal bank?

Food for thought ;)

That’s why I do what I do. Not to self promote but Target, Walmart and other stores don’t pay for my kids education. I want to get paid back for what I buy and know it’s doing good for the environment. Like you I want my kids to go to college and not have debt like I did.
