How Often Do You Weigh Yourself?
I’ve had a nasty habit for at least a year or two of weighing myself every day - at least once. For about a month though I’ve hardly weighed myself at all and I think it’s a very good thing that will help with my weight loss goals.
I’m wondering if there is something to the idea that seeing it everyday has made that number so ingrained in my head that I can only weigh that amount. I know it’s corny but I do wonder. So, now that I’ve not weighed myself in a couple weeks, I wonder if, since I can feel that I am losing weight, I’ll actually give myself a chance to change that constant number and get some weight off.
Like not weighing myself every day has become Phase I of my weight change goal. A strange thought I know… but maybe it will help… I’ll keep you posted!
