Are You A Blogger Who Keeps Your Blog Away From Your Family?

Today I’m wrestling with the idea of telling my friends and family my blog address. It’s not like they’ve asked and I’ve not told them; more that I’ve just never offered the information and I’m wondering if I should or not.

You see, I Facebook a lot. I’ve gotten messages regarding it (photos and comments) about 7 times in the last hour alone. Facebook has an application that would allow me to have bits of my blog posts on my profile page. In a way I like the idea of showing off my witty-ness. In another way though I wonder if I’ll start censuring what I write because I know “they” will read what I write and judge me - good writer or bad writer - based on what they read.

I just can’t decide what to do. It does make me wonder though what other bloggers do. Do you share what you write or just keep it between yourself and your cyber-friends??
