LOL. Okay, side note: that’s one of my favorite blog titles I’ve ever written 
Anyway, a good friend of mine has been trying to talk a few of us into going for colon hydrotherapy – more commonly known as a colon cleanse 
. Sure it sounds nice enough – who doesn’t want to be clean? Then I read more about it and realized it’s like a slow drip into the colon and a slow… uh… movement (?) OUT of my colon 
. Hmm…
I know that friends should always stick together, but I think I’ll let her do this one alone… or with her more adventurous friends. They can give me the scoop on it when they are done; I’ll wait at the diner

Hahahaha! I know it may sound very unpleasant, but my colon hydrotherapy experience was great. Well…maybe great is not the appropriate word, but it really made me feel good afterwards. I think I even lost weight! I recommend trying it at least once.
