Go Fly A Kite Kids!

No, I’m not being mean . I think today is a great day to take the kids to the park to fly a kite . They always seem to get them as birthday gifts - being May babies - so we have a couple to choose from and they LOVE to fly them.

Hubby suggested I take them to an indoor play place but I’d rather save that for the winter when it’s far too cold outside to play. Not that it’s ever too cold for the kids - I’m the sissy there as I get cold pretty easily .

Anyway, since we have tons of apples to use up from last weekend’s trip to an orchard, I think we’ll make some caramel apples before we leave. This way they can cool while we play at the park AND I’ll have a great bribe to get them to leave the park later LOL
