Sadly I haven’t a clue but I wish I did! When you watch movies with your significant other, who decides what you watch? And, at what point is it okay to say, “listen, I really like those kinds of movies and I want to watch one.”
I’m talking about Sci-Fi movies. Growing up I watched Star Trek avidly with my dad – Jim and John Luke are pretty darn cool in my memory 
. Now that I’m older though I never watch that stuff. I’ve never seen Star Wars because Hubby doesn’t like those movies – it’s not like I’ve never suffered through a movie I didn’t want to watch (gratuitous violence anyone??)
I know the advice would be for me to watch them by myself, but when I get time alone I have work to do and, let’s face it, time alone is hard to come by .
