Mmm… Pork Chops!

Today I decided to bring back a favorite that my mom used to make many moons ago. Come to think of it she may still make them but since I’m not at home anymore and she lives an hour away, I’m not sure - but, I digress… (again ).

Anyway, the resurrected favorite du jour (of the day) is Shake and Bake pork chops!! I can smell them baking away as I type this and I don’t mind admitting I’m salivating more than a little. They smell sooooo good - yummy!

Since Jenny my 6 year old STILL isn’t an adventurous eater I decided that our side dish would be Velveeta macaroni and cheese . We’ll also be having corn and salad on the side . I’m so excited! I love treating us to childhood favorites every now and then.
