Gossip Girl? Heck Ya!!

So I like to gossip. There, I said it. I’m not evil I promise you and I don’t gossip about everyone and everything BUT… Let’s face it Sister, there are some stories that must be shared amongst us or we girls will simply burst

That’s one of the cool things about having a blog - I can say whatever I want about whomever I want Not on this blog though, too many people fellow wahms know this is “me”. But, I have several others and it’s fun to post on them and start the occasional rumor to see which of my friends are reading

One week I posted a few times about wanting to live somewhere called Summerside; how fun it would be and that it was “calling to me” etc.. Next thing I knew, my brother-in-law was asking my Hubby why we were moving LOL! (poor Hubby had NO idea what his brother was talking about though… he doesn’t read my blogs ).

Given all of that, it should be of no surprise that I’m a fan of the show Gossip Girl on The CW. It’s written by Josh Schwartz, creator of The O.C., and Stephanie Savage. You know how popular the O.C. is…

Anyway, the show is based on the novel series by Cecily von Ziegesar. Its about the trials and tribulations young adults growing up and dealing with sex, drugs and all that other stuff teens deal with. I know what you’re thinking… Crystal, you are NOT a teenager anymore LOL. Its pretty compelling though, and the twist is that the Gossip Girl narrates the show and has her own blog where she writes about what everyone is doing - basically, she’s “stirring the pot” as my mom would say . Pretty cool.
